August 8, 2019 – Just a reminder, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is still accepting requests from stakeholders for product exclusions from the additional 25% tariffs in effect on “List 3”. The deadline for submitting List 3 exclusion requests is September 30, 2019.
The Trump administration began applying 10% additional duties on “List 3” in September 2018. On May 10, 2019, President Trump increased these duties from 10% to 25% due to lack of progress during negotiations with the Chinese.
